Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is Mrs. Basant Chowdhary from kolkata. Here is a complain regarding the delivery of a defected split AC. I have purchased it on 14.03.10 from your dealer in kolkata ( Sales Emporium, south, 226, Diamond Harbour Road, kolkata- 700060) and it was installed on 16.03.10. Towards the end of day a person for the demonstration has come and he could locate some problem. It was again taken to the service centre (Vision Cool Services, 2, New Taratala Road, Kolkata-700088). It has been a week no action has been taken. This is ridiculous. I have always purchased all my products from Samsung and I never had any disappointment but sorry to say this time I m really unsatisfied and would like to file a complain regarding this issue. How could a sealed box can have a damaged product. So kindly send me a new AC right away or else I have to take some serious action . Look into the matter as soon as possible.

These people need beating black and blue.Because this is Kaliyug.There is no government,no rules,no moral sense and nothing right in this country.I think it is the most corrupted country in the world.But this is my motherland.We have to create it so beat these type of people in the public and protest the wrong.OK.
