I had given my mobile for repair on Dt.22/4/10. Model No.SGH-E250I SL.NO. RVOS393718P IMEI/RSN NO. 352376032994772. Till date My mobile is not repaired, Please look into the matter at the earlist to instruct bashbagh service centre. This is the way consumer service. Otherwise i can proceed their consumer forum.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is Mrs. Basant Chowdhary from kolkata. Here is a complain regarding the delivery of a defected split AC. I have purchased it on 14.03.10 from your dealer in kolkata ( Sales Emporium, south, 226, Diamond Harbour Road, kolkata- 700060) and it was installed on 16.03.10. Towards the end of day a person for the demonstration has come and he could locate some problem. It was again taken to the service centre (Vision Cool Services, 2, New Taratala Road, Kolkata-700088). It has been a week no action has been taken. This is ridiculous. I have always purchased all my products from Samsung and I never had any disappointment but sorry to say this time I m really unsatisfied and would like to file a complain regarding this issue. How could a sealed box can have a damaged product. So kindly send me a new AC right away or else I have to take some serious action . Look into the matter as soon as possible.
