sir i have opened an accont in sbi(link road )branch cuttack,orissa on 26 th april 2011.but now it has already crossed 25 days i cant recieve my atm card and other letters .therefore i feel a lot of problem .ihae intimate with concerned branch about it .there is no result.

My name is Jose Sebastian.I have subscribed to Naukri.com resume development service Transaction code : 110627TS634962.I was supposed to get my draft on 8/07/2011.Today it is 17/07/2011.Still i havent recieved my draft.I was trying to track it down.But no use.The resume devolopment manager and other useless managers of naukri never answer there phone and will not respond to the mails.I would like to sue these guys if more people are facing these problems

Misguidance and non-cooperation showcased by Spicejet

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I write this email to bring to your notice the misguidance and non-cooperation showcased by Spicejet staff at Delhi airport due to which I missed my flight to Bangalore (SG509) scheduled for departure on 10th July 2011 at 20:25 hours.

I reported on the other Delhi airport terminal no 3 where I was dropped by “Delhi metro airport shuttle service”. At 19:25 I displayed my e-ticket print-out to a Spicejet representative who guided me further inside the airport. As I continued, surprisingly, I was wished a pleasant flight to “Korea” by another Spicejet employee. On probing, I was informed, at 19:30 that Spicejet domestic operates from a different airport terminal no 1[D} and it will take 20 minutes to reach there. I requested the Spicejet counter to inform their counterparts for Bangalore bound flight to consider this and rushed to the other airport.

I reported at 19:55 (30 min before departure) on the check-in counter and I was abjectly denied boarding pass and said that they have received no information from anyone from other airport and passed on various statements like they won't make flight wait for anyone (which was out of question) . One executive even denied having any information about the call which I made via customer care (from metro) at 17:00 for giving information that I may be late.

After various discussions I learnt that spicejet delhi is well aware that everyday passengers confuse/get misinformed about the correct airport to go for boarding on these flights. Despite this the staff member continued redundant discussion and made sure I miss the flight and book new tickets.

Let alone the kind of service, the way, in which the whole matter was of disinterest for them despite repeated request, was appalling. I have been made to reschedule my flight without paying any heed to kind of losses it brings to me in both time and money.

During discussions I have been told that no other airline would even allow re-scheduling while in reality other airlines are far more flexible and do not throw the policy and rule book on your face as and when desired. This is anarchy.

It is my sincere request to you to provide us the full refund for the losses incurred on 10th July, 2011 at Delhi airport. My details are as below:

Naaptol is definitely fraud company

Order Number: 2007296 BlackBerry Storm 9530 with 3G

I ordered This mobile phone with Naaptol after seeing advertizement in news paper.

I found the phone was used one as it was having scratches at it back flaps and having lot of photographs inside. Also I newspaper ad shown a free blackberry pouch which I never received.

I called up company support lime but they said we donot send old phone and we do not take any complains after 24 hrs.

Even it takes couple of days to open and use a product on work days as very less time available and they never told this 1 day complain window in there paper ad.

Feeling bad about spending Rs10000 on second hand used product. Naaptol is definitely fraud company

I am having a GSM connection from Reliance and my no. is 7677962155. I have not activated any music on monthly subscribtion. It got automatically activated and rupees 30 per month is getting deducted. I have sent a SMS for unsub for the same but in vein. Very poor service. I have almost lost rupees 90 till date. Also unwanted company promotional calls and unwanted Messages are coming. Please look into the matter and resolve my problems. Otherwise I am going to switch on to another company.. Thanks

Guys, i am one of the victim, i saw the add n Bangalore mirror, first i googled it in filled some information and if directed me to some page n asked to click for confirmation, i did, n d very next day i got a call n told ill be able to earn upto 30000 bucks, but now i want to tell all u guys please don't just close ur eyes and depend on its false statement, that guy Nitheesh is a fraudster we can say boldly because in cornered situation we'll opt for this job to get paid. but after u receive the packege and pay the money. the number what they give will be switched off. i think they survive by doin only this, but m sure they will be put to test before God. i don't understand they say Kerala is God's own country but all they have is cheaters like this and spoil the name of the state, its such a shame on these guys. So i request all people not to buy the package , still if ur eager to do this, just leave me mail i'll send u the complete Jobkit whatever they say, i have everythin which is in PDF. Thank u

We had asked to upgrade the profile id from community to main portal to the regional manager (His name is Hari, as told by him).

But Hari, instead of helping us, he started harrassing and abusing us. The agent sent by Hari instead of renewing our id, had done some blunder and mismatched with some other id.

On enquiring about this to the Trichy branch, Hari claimed himself as Regional Manager and started talking non-sense and started abusing me. He did not provide the necessary help and instead of helping us, he started using badwords and obscene words.

He even told that he is not afraid of anyone as he is not worried/ bothered on customer complaints.

Request you to look into this issue seriously and do the needful.

Defective Bata Footwear

Hi,

I have purchased a Dr. Scholl brand footwear (model # 673-3073-7) from your Bata Showroom, J.M.Road Branch,Pune (Phone:25531853) on 2nd July 2011.

I am sorry to inform you that the footwear didn't last for a day also, the very next i.e. 3rd july 2011, the front strap of the footwear broke out.

When i contacted the BATA (J.M.Road) pune branch, they directed me to write an email as i didnt kept the original receipt of the footwear and they didnt help me out with the print of the duplicate bill. I destroyed the bill in good faith, since we are a loyal customer of BATA and never faced such instances.

Therefore, I sincerely request you to look into the matter and make suitable arrangements to replace the defective piece of footwear or else there is no point in spending Rs.1299/- footwear that does not last even for 1299 minutes and that too from such a huge and old brand “BATA”.

Looking forward for a fair resolution at the earliest.

DO NOT deal with Star CJ

I was sold a Videocon LCD by Star CJ by misleading info and making false commitments which lured me into buying a model which I initially did not want to buy, I was promised free subscription of D2h service for 12 months worth Rs 3500/- but did not get it and the call center reps, Team leads or the customer service managers as well are not looking into this I have made numerous call to their Delhi number 011-44074407 as well as their Mumbai Number 022-44074407 and spoken with several people like ( Neeraj Tyagi, Manuj and Tushar Gaekwad) but all are frauds who just tell you that they will call you back and do the needful but nobody ever calls back.
I bought this product worth Rs 22000/- on 13th June 2011 vide order number 20110613014269.
It is my genuine appeal that DO NOT deal with this cheat company at all.
