Cheating and fraud by naaptol.com

I am a victim of cheating and fraud by naaptol.com. I purchased a mobile Videocon V1750, Orderno. 260542, by online shopping from Naaptol.com in advance payment of Rs. 7990.00. on 29.03.2010. I received the shipment on 08.04.2010. When I opened the courier, I found that the seal of box is broken, all the inner components were opened and there were lots of marks on the mobile set. It was a used set and a 2 GB memory card was missing. When I called at the given customer support number (9223516148), after several calls and lot and lot time keeping me in hold they told me that they will give me a address where I have to send the mobile set, and they will replace the set, but even after calling them for 5 times and investing my lot of time and energy I didnt received the address, evertime when they talk to me, they said that they will give me address in 5 minutes.
I request you to please do the needful to make my hard earned money get back with the return of this used mobile set.
Also suggest me how to nail Naaptol.com for this fraud.

Goair havent yet refunded

I would like to bring to your kind notice, that i had booked from delhi to bangalore for 16th of april from goairlines,and given the pnr no.6q84uw i have booked 2 tickets and one for infant, but due some reason i had cancelled the ticketson the same day , and as per the cancellation policy of go airs they will deduct 750 per head and balance they will refund in way on voucher which can be redeedmed within one year time while travelling in goair, now since I had cancelled my all the tickets goair has only paid me the voucher for one passenger and infant, almost 4 days are over they havent yet refunded the voucher for one passenger, which comes around 2850 approx, it not the matter of money it is matter of faith, I feeling that I have been cheated, can some guide me what should I do now, to teach them the lesson.

HP’s Bad Services

Dear Sir,

Regarding aforesaid subject, I have to complain that :-

1. I have purchased laptop HP Pavilion tx1301 AU SR NO CNF73554BL bill no vc-210 dated 04-09-2007. from Venus computers mandsaur (M.P.)

2. Again i have purchased the extended warranty of two years on that laptop Invoice no ST/2094/2008-09 dated 1-Oct-2009 from Enness corporation Bangalore, supplier reference no 200909 MADHU.

3. The wi-fi system of laptop was not working properly , so we sent the laptop at RT SERVICES indore through our vendor. The RT SERVICES changed the motherboard, but the Bios serial no was not updated by them, which resulted into improper functioning of recovery disc.

4. SO we sent the laptop, now to BUSSINESS AUTOMATION INDORE (the authorized service center of HP). for BIOS serial no updation and the Hinge tightening dated 18/01/2010 case id 4608623231.

5 After more than 1 month's period, the BUSSINESS AUTOMATION INDORE returned the laptop.they only tightened the hinge, but the BIOS serial no was not updated, also the laptop was physically damaged near Kingston lock, there were no rubber pads over the screw of screen, there were no cover of card reader, DVD-ROM tray was also damaged.

6. We talked Mr. Harish at BUSSINESS AUTOMATION INDORE regarding all these issues and the physically damage of laptop, he admitted that the laptop was damaged accidentally and he assured that he will resolve all these issues and he asked us to sent the laptop back.

7. After his conversation, we sent the laptop for the third time to BUSSINESS AUTOMATION INDORE,on 28/2/2010. and since then one month has passed but they are not responding properly and also denying the physical damaged of laptop by them.We have called them several times on phone through vendor ” Venus computer”but no satisfactory assurance has been given by them.

8. I am feeling so much torchured mentally and I wonder that how the authorised HP service center( Business Automation -Indore) can be so unprofessional, Negligent and careless regarding the customer care and services.

9. Business Automations – Indore the authorised service centre represents such a big branded HP company & how their behavior can be so cheap & irresponsive.

10. I am so hurt & disturbed that i will never buy the HP product nor I will suggest , recommend anybody to buy HP products.

11. Now the request is that sir get my problem solved by any means & please get me rid of this mental harrassment.

Hope higher authorities will do something fruitful.

there, that was my mistake…..i gave this guy a demand draft but he refused saying that i have a big time personal problem so why don't u gv me cash and my BD Ms. Richa Rana would gv u the statement over NDA today itself……..i dont prefer here to spoil the name of this Lady bcoz i know that this bugger would have made her do frauds too… whole day i have waited in my Office for this fucker but but he and his ******* never turned up back….. after a 15 days of hardcore hide and seek i have got my money back from their assess but here i just want to make people aware of the major fact of not giving anu upfront to this company as they always claim of not taking upfront but they charge procrument fees or registration charge and all to make u seem blooo…… Folks, as we all know that 1 lakh could not be a big amount for u and me but in the market 65% of companies are smal firms and when they invest with u they are actually investing their sweat and blood soaked money and obviously al of those people dont have power and contacts like me so all u guys out there.. be aware of so called Notion Technologies.

Samsung Split AC Damaged

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is Mrs. Basant Chowdhary from kolkata. Here is a complain regarding the delivery of a defected split AC. I have purchased it on 14.03.10 from your dealer in kolkata ( Sales Emporium, south, 226, Diamond Harbour Road, kolkata- 700060) and it was installed on 16.03.10. Towards the end of day a person for the demonstration has come and he could locate some problem. It was again taken to the service centre (Vision Cool Services, 2, New Taratala Road, Kolkata-700088). It has been a week no action has been taken. This is ridiculous. I have always purchased all my products from Samsung and I never had any disappointment but sorry to say this time I m really unsatisfied and would like to file a complain regarding this issue. How could a sealed box can have a damaged product. So kindly send me a new AC right away or else I have to take some serious action . Look into the matter as soon as possible.

In his websites he only mentions whenever he made a profit, he will not mention whenever he lost the trade.If we compare this no doubt weekly one or two calls will work but you will loose min 5 to 6 calls in a week and at the end of the week you will end up in loss.i also got some porn website links from his yahoo messanger…so carefull about ur security….

My parents were not treated well on GoAir

My parents always visit to me once in a year with my little baby of 7 years. I am using
diffirent airlines as per Train schedules.

This time we booked by Go-Air, my parents who are senior citizens were going to Srinagar
By Flight G8-372 on 05 March Dep. 13:20 hrs. They were not treated well while issuing
boarding passes, “on my fathers comment that baby is waiting in qeue for long, pls do it fast”
The argument by your staff was so bitter like a typical countrymen, the & the worst thing is that
my parents were so frusatrated they were about to leave all ticket amount, and use other flight.

Now is this your customer care service you all say about, Please comment and take action
immediately before I use media for your misbehaviour with senior citizens, and babies, We
in our organisation and all those associated with us will BLACKLIST Your Airlines officially.

Toshiba LCD TV feels like if I had purchased some cheap Chinese toy

Is this the way a world renowned professional company like TOSHIBA deals with its customer's!

IT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA & you are proving it right!

Dear Toshiba,

Kindly go thru the following:

After comparing Sony, Samsung & Toshiba, I bought TOSHIBA REGZA 32AV600E 32 Inch LCD TV & the same was installed at my place in Dec.2009.

Since its installation on the very first day, I noticed that its resolution was not good. I adjusted its backlight, contrast, brightness etc. but of no use. Whatever adjustments I made, the picture quality was never improved. It had following problems:

1. The picture quality is very dull. Even with full contrast / brightness

2. The image is disported.

3. One feels strain while watching program. It's like moving images leave a trail behind them.

4 Colors feels like they bleed .

5. It feels like the screen is very dirty or if you are watching a very low quality pirated DVD or program.

6. It use to switch off automatically, without timer & later switched off permanently.

I had bought the TV from Mr. Sanjay Thapar of M/s Sanjay Enterprises Mumbai, which he had purchased from M/s Vijay Sales, Mumbai. After receiving the same I noticed that there was no protective seal on the screen & on the panel. The screen looked like that it had been wiped / cleaned with a cloth. Moreover it had few scratches on lower portion of the panel & deep scratches on the bottom of the panel where the TV stand is inserted, clearly showing the same has been used. Even the serial No. on the warranty card provided didn't match with the serial No. printed on the TV. There was no doubt that it was a used TV & the same was cleaned, repacked & dispatched to me.

I reported the matter to Mr. Sanjay & he, being a friend assured me that the TV is new, I accepted it on good faith. It was only when it started giving trouble of switching off during the program, I forwarded the complaint & was attended by Engineer Mr. Mahipal from Toshiba Chandigarh & Mr. Rattan (Service Centre incharge, Toshiba, North India) on 21-02-10.

Mr. Rattan, from Toshiba service centre (which I didn't knew earlier) took the lead of attending the complaint & do the talking. I thought if he is the engineer from Toshiba, Chandigarh. After lots of listening / talking & the adjustment done by other person Mr. Mahipal (engineer from Toshiba) whom he never introduce, it was declared thet the LCD TV's reception is like this only. I was shocked to hear that. We have Samsung LCD in our family & its performance is far far better than Toshiba. Still, I played a genuine DVD for there viewing so that they could see & compare the quality but of no use. When I asked him that even simple flat CRT TV has very good performance in comparison to Toshiba LCD, he said it is due to the single picture tube they carry (very strange answer). Any how, when I played the same DVD on my Flat Slim CRT TV, the picture quality was very lively & brilliant. Again I asked Mr. Rattan about the comparison & he repeated the same answer that performance of CRT Flat TV (aspect ratio 4:3, 480p) is far better than LCD TV (aspect ratio 16:9, 1080p). Then why people buy LCD TV's. This time I sincerely doubted his capability & asked him if he really is the engineer from Toshiba & then only I was told that he is the service center incharge & other person Mr. Mahipal is the one from Toshiba.

Finally Mr. Rattan gave his verdict with utmost authority that there is no problem with the TV & every TV brand has its own set of performance & of Toshiba LCD TV is like this only. I couldn't bear any more. I simply thanked them for there kind visit & felt sorry that I bothered them. Actually I had forgot that I am still living in India & here if some thing is sold to you it's done, HAVE IT or LEAVE IT. Anyhow, before leaving as Mr. Mahipal was filling some complaint report, I asked him for his views as he was the engineer & had kept quite since, he admitted that there is definitely a problem with the TV's contrast & brightness & would forward the complaint to higher authorities. Mr. Rattan face was plain & he had no answer to Mr. Mahipal's observations. It was looking like Mr.Rattan had come merely to attend the complaint as a formality & nothing else. He never let the Engineer Mr. Mahipal speak. Mr.Mahipal was sitting like a mute spectator fumbling with the remote. That's all.

After Filling the form he asked me to sign it along with the any views which I like to put in. He told me that one copy he'll forward to the concern authorities, one copy is for me & 3rd copy is for there record. I put the remarks & signed it. 4-5 minutes after they left, I rembered that they never provided me the complaint copy. I called Mr. Rattan for the same but was told that complaintent doesn't need to have the copy & all the copies are for the Toshiba people only. Very contradictory answer!

Any how, I was disappointed earlier also but never thought of writing / complaining, but this time I am highly disappointed after the visit of the designated people from Toshiba. It feels like if I had purchased some cheap Chinese toy from the road side vendor & went complaing after few days.

I DEFINITELY FEEL CHEATED.
