Chrome Web Solutions Complain
Two Marwari Husband and wife are running this fraud and cheating business since 2009 and no action has been taken by the Govt. We all should inform IT department of West Bengal, Webel, Mamata didi, Human rights Commission and Labour Department of India. I am going to launch a campaign against Bellovista, Chromewebsolutions, VPD and Lighthousesourcing through Social Media, Blog, Article, Complaint Website and many others way to build up an awareness among all the innocent employees and clients. If necessary I will also inform to the Australian High Commission to secure their Countryman from this kind of cheating and fraud company.
I would request WB Govt. to take legal step against Bellovista – A fraud and Cheating Company that are doing illegal business by doing 420 with their employees and clients without following any rules and regulations. Some dangerous people who are in a group, running this 420 business from almost 2 years in Webel HRDC Building near Taratala Base Bridge. They are playing game with employees career and also not following any Govt. and HR Policies. There are possibilities that they will shut down their company and escape from west bengal or India after earning a huge amount of money by their cheating business. Please find the following details of evil and Illegal activities of Bellovista Technologies.
This Fraud Company recruit their employee in the name of Lighthousesourcing but originally an employee work for Bellovista Technologies.
This cheating company do not give any national holiday including 15th August and 26 January. They also give only 2 days leave on Durga Puja. Even they do not have any leave policy. They do partialty with the employees and if you are doing good job and have right knowledge, you will be a victim of them.
So many complaints and comments have been registered in the name of Bellovista and VPD within various complaint websites by the clients and employees.
No HR Policy they follow from recruiting an employee to his resignation and full and final settlements.
They only give normal increment to only 9 or 10 employees in their company out of 250. They just recruit an employee and when the time of increment come, they either donot give it or make an accuse. The employee leave this company and again they recruit fresher/experience stuff with low or same package.
Bellovista do not follow any proceeding (in fact do not have any knowledge how to bring sales and implement it) for any project. They just cheat the client in various ways.
They deduct salary for saturday and sunday for not coming in the office on Friday or Monday.
They force almost every employee to sign in a Bond at the time of recruitment.
They are cheating Australian People (client) by either charging huge amount or not deliver the project or delivering incorrect/wrong output.
They follow different rules for some specific management stuff.
All the fraud and cheating activities have been implemented by their HR (Moumita) and Accountant (Arnold).
They do not follow Private Company act.
Who knows if this company can do this kind of illegal, cheating, fraud and injustice activities with their employees and clients, they also are not paying their tax return properly to the Govt. It is really a matter to be investigate.
Bellovista cannot take any legal action to any of his employees or client because they are an illegal company (it's really not a company) and if they do such kind of activities they will face legal action by the law. In fact they are doing home business like a tea stall in the footpath.
I am sure Bellovista will not longer exist and they will close their company after having millions of dollar of income. I will advice of it's legal cell please do not help this company only for the money. Never the less you will suffer.

Bellovista catch very small projects from Australia with the help of a guy Mike from Australia and make them fool. They charge low amount most of the time but do not deliver the project properly. They also don’t coordinate properly with the clients and as the result many times client charge back with the complain mail.
This 420 company Bellovista behave rudely at the time of calling them for a sale. You can see some of the complaint site where client has made complain against them.
At the time of recruitment Bellovista do not tell anything to the employee about the HR Policies and Company’s rules or give false information. But when an employee sign the appointment letter and start his/her job they realise the truth. Sometimes Bellovista do not use any office stamp on the documents.
If any employee absent 4 to 5 days with/without notice due to some illness or any other important reasons this company stop his whole month salary.
No PF and Gratuity, Medical compensation, overtime pay, night sift allowance, food allowance and travel allowance paid by Bellovista.
Salary paid on 10 of every month. The service of their Bank salary account is poor.
There are some management stuff in the company and they always play dirty politics with rest of the employees and make their salary higher.
Bellovista do not provide any facility to their employees. Their cab system is horrible. Only few employees get this opportunities and there are other issues and complaints against their Cab system.
There is no cafeteria or coffee machine in the company and you will be forced to eat and drink unhygienic street food.
Bellovista have also a working website called Chrome Web Solutions. This is also a way to make the Australian clients fool. Bellovista do not have any base in USA and UK. They show wrong address, information and phone number in their website.
Saturday is not a holiday for most of the employees.
Bellovista do not give any holiday to their employees when there is a holiday in Australia.
Bellovista donot give any confirmation to their employees after 6 months.
This cheating Company (most of the time) give their employee only offer letter.
If anybody resigns from the company by following the rules, this company do not give any experience certificate or leaving letter at the time of leaving.
Bellovista always take the wrong opportunity and misuse their power at the time of recruitment. They take the benefits of West Bengal’s unemployment and week financial position. Most of the employees of this company are non Bengalis and they comes from week financial background. Company offer only 4 to 5 thousands rupees (a security guard/hotel boy/sweeper earn more than this) to a graduate fresher.
This company hire so many employees everyday to show the picture in a bigger way in front of outside world but the fact is most of the employees leave this company after few days/month.
So please rethink to join this company and be aware of all these cheating and fraud activities Bellovista is involve. Bellovista play with the career of their employees and throw them nowhere.
All the above information are true because I am the sufferer. It’s not that few of the employees are suffering from this fraud and inhuman activities from Bellovista but most of the employees (almost 90%) are facing their 420 act. Many of them are not finding or not aware about any platform where they will register their complain or they are sad and frightened.
There are no legal cell of Bellovista. Only they are presenting false information. So don’t care it. You all have every right to open your mouth against these criminal, barbarian and inhuman activities of Bellovista.
I want to tell all of you that in whole PaschimBanga there are almost 50 to 60% of these kinds of fraud and cheating companies exist and everyday they are killing & destroying the life and career of private employees in West Bengal. Govt. must have a basic and strict IT Policy, which every private company should follow. Never the less companies like Bellovista should kick them out from PaschimBangla.
Next Coming…personal identification of few employees including the owners who are involve of planing and implementing all these cheating, illegal, fraud, injustice and inhuman activities in BELLOVISTA TECHNOLOGIES, LIGHTHOUSE SOURCING, CHROME WEB SOLUTIONS AND VPD. I want to request every good companies that please do not recruit these dirty guys to your company in future. They will just destroy your company.
I am going to inform PaschimBanga Newspapers like Anandabazar, Bartaman, Ajkal and others and also to the TV media like Star Ananda, Chabbis Ghanta, Kolkata TV etc about Bellovista and their cheating act and request to them to take action like investigate and publish news. As the last step I will go to the Taratala Police Station or Bhavani Bhavan or Court.
