I have paid Rs 4000/- for Naukri Resume Services 2 months back. They have commited that all process would be completed in a weeks time . No one responds to the mail , never attends any calls . This was the person who contacted me

After the payment absolutely no response from the FRAUD NAUKRI COMPANY .

Can any one please give a responsible Naukri Manager details who can take an action against Mr. Gautam Sharma for his irresponsible behaviour towards the customer .This person was in touch only till the amount was paid , after the money got deposited there wasnt a single response from this person.

We definitely need to take some legal action against this Services who is just grabing money but no service provided .

naukri.com is one of the worst co those who want to hire theire services first read all the experience, i paid 4000 rs to naukri.com for hiring there services like resume development , resume flesh etc.
1 st bed experience is they are not responsive to any communication via e mail or any other mean,
they don't pick up the phone remain on hold.

they developed the resume without any consent of user. for any update or change in resume i cant contacted these people.
neither they responded to email send them for resume development.
i registered for the services on 30th of may 11 , they promise with in 7 day all the services will active. after more they 1 AND HALF MONTH SERVICE SHOWN ACTIVE.
these service is the vest of the money better to give it to road side destitute or donate to some charitable trust because since then i have not received any interview call.

My name is Jose Sebastian.I have subscribed to Naukri.com resume development service Transaction code : 110627TS634962.I was supposed to get my draft on 8/07/2011.Today it is 17/07/2011.Still i havent recieved my draft.I was trying to track it down.But no use.The resume devolopment manager and other useless managers of naukri never answer there phone and will not respond to the mails.I would like to sue these guys if more people are facing these problems

I had submitted the request for Resume development to Naukri.com. They sent one mail saying that they will send me the updated resume on 05th may- 2011. Today it is 07th may and i have not heard anything from them. Although i am following it up on mail with naukri.com but have not received any mail from them.

I have availed paid services from Naukri.com for around 2565/- Rs. in Oct 2010. I have not received any confirmation from naukri.com saying that your services are being activated; they have stopped replying.
1. Gold Online Persona.
2. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant.
3. Resume Display for 6 months.
4. Job mail for 6 months.
5. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant.

My experience with Naukri.com is by very bad or say it is the worst experience. It all started right from the 1st week after availing the service and still continuing the same. Below are the point of concerned:-

1. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant :- I was been told that my resume will be sent to 100 Gulf consultant, which has not been done.
2. Resume Display for 6 months :- Incorrect resume displayed.
3. Job mail for 6 months :- Jobs are either expired, or not of my interest area.
4. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant :- Wrong resume flashed, I am regularly receiving call on consultant asking for some else name like Vivek, Amit, Gaurav, and from different field and that to from different fields like Taxation, IT, Software development etc which are not my area of Interest. Saying that they have received resume mail from naukri.com, stating my contact details and mail ID too in resume which nowhere belong to me.

I would rather say Management focusing on complaint received, They are just concentrating on number services sold. I would not be leaving these people untouched.

Request all the individuals who are being cheated by naukri.com, mail me at gemini_dheeraj@yahoo.com, as we as an individual can fight with them so lets get together and SUE them in court. I am having enough evidence to get back me refund and mental loss incurred to me, because of them.
