I have purchased a Blackberry storm 9530 as order no 1954339. When talked with customer care first they confirmed that they have received the defective product and now they are refusing as i am having all the recordings and POD of courier co with stamp of J S Associates Mumbai that they have received the product back and after 13 days till no response..Now I am going to lodge a legal case against naaptol & leading newspapers authorities of The times of india & Rajasthan Patrika
