ACCORDING TO GRAPEVINE NAAPTOL IS A PROXY OF THE TIMES OF INDIA AND MUMBAI MIRROR WHO USE IT TO FOOL PEOPLE INTO BUYING PRODUCTS WORTH THOUSANDS OF RUPEES.
THERE IS A FACT DOING THE ROUNDS THAT EVERYDAY 1000 PRODUCTS ARE 'SOLD'. THAT IS A TOTAL OF 50,00,000 RUPEES EVERYDAY WHICH IS THEN PUT IN THE BANK TO EARN AN INTEREST OF 5,00,000 EVERYDAY AND 1 CRORE 50 LACS IN A MONTH PURELY ON INTEREST.

Dear Sir,
I have placed an order in naptol.com for 16 GB SPY PEN CAMERA.I got delivery of that product but it was not working properly.
So in that case I have returned that product back to naptol.com by Blue Dart Courier on11/06/2010by receipt no.12854622071 with customer code no.113260.

On 21/06/2010 I received an urgent message from your company and message was as below:-
Dear customer your order no.101053 is in transit of reverse pick up for any assistance kindly contact us on 09223516148 .

After receiving the above message I have contact on that number several times and the details are as under:-
1) I have called for for 2 to 6 times before 13/07/2010.
2) On 14/07/2010 I had spoken to Mr. Ravi at 6:10 PM.
3) On 23/07/2010 spoken to Mr.Asaif Khan at 11:50 PM he has given me the reference no 182907.
4) On 26/07/2010 at 11:15 AM Mr. Nanden told me that my replacement has been approved on 16/07/2010.
5) On 31/07/2010 Mr. Arif at 1:24 PM told me that my product has sent for shipment on 29/07/2010 and I will get it before 3/08/2010.
6) Ankita on 7/08/2010 at 13:20 Pm told me that you will get delivery of product within 7 days.
7) On 11/08/2010 at 2:06 PM your executive told me that within 7 days I will get my product back.
8) Mr. Ziar on 16/08/2010 at 11:45 AM told me within 3 to 4 days i will get it.
9) Hema on 21/08/2010 at 3:29 PM given me the time of 3 to 4 days again.
10) Mr. Umer on 26/08/2010 at 12:17 PM told me that they have dispatch the same by courier.
11) Mr. Rajesh on 27/08/2010 at 12:15 PM he assure me that before 7 Sept. 2010 I will get the delivery of my product.
12) Mr. Shidesh on 30/08/2010 at 1:05 PM again given me the time period of 4 to 5 days.
13) On 6/09/2010 Hema Ji again says that I will get the same within 7 to 10 days .
14) Mr. Dise on 13/09/2010 at 1:37 PM given me the time of 7 days again.

But, still I have not received my product back.

After talking to all them on phone I felt that they all are misguiding me and not giving the proper response regarding the above stated matter.I have told them to give me the no. of their Superior person so that I can ask him about my product but no one has given me the response.

Please see into the following matter and return my product as earlier as possible.

Please refer Naaptol.com order no 360102. I order one tri sim mobile from Naaptol.com, model number Boss Touch Screen CDMA + GSM Mobile – 633. It was delivered to me on 10th of May 2010. My problems with Boss Mobile and Naaptol are as following:
1. I realised that the product I received is missing accessories. I was also told that I will receive a free wrist watch if I pay using my credit card. I complaint about the same and my complaint number is 116388. I have not received anything till now inspite of repeated follow ups. I was also asked to pay for the accessories.
2. The battery provided is a single battery along with phone. The battery backup is much low as promised or claimed in the product manual. I companied about the same on customer care number and also by email. No Resolution. They are denying replacing the battery. The product is under six month’s warranty.
3. The customer care number of Boss Mobile, published on the website of Boss mobile 09223516148 (www.bossmobiles.com) connects me to the customer care of Naaptol.com. This suggests me that both the companies are same.
4. The accessories claimed on the naaptol.com website as a free gift are standard accessories of the mobile which are also generally provided by other companies. Hence claiming them as a free gift along with mobile is itself a case of fraud and an attempt to misguide the customers.

I am a victim of cheating and fraud by naaptol.com. I purchased a mobile Videocon V1750, Orderno. 260542, by online shopping from Naaptol.com in advance payment of Rs. 7990.00. on 29.03.2010. I received the shipment on 08.04.2010. When I opened the courier, I found that the seal of box is broken, all the inner components were opened and there were lots of marks on the mobile set. It was a used set and a 2 GB memory card was missing. When I called at the given customer support number (9223516148), after several calls and lot and lot time keeping me in hold they told me that they will give me a address where I have to send the mobile set, and they will replace the set, but even after calling them for 5 times and investing my lot of time and energy I didnt received the address, evertime when they talk to me, they said that they will give me address in 5 minutes.
I request you to please do the needful to make my hard earned money get back with the return of this used mobile set.
Also suggest me how to nail Naaptol.com for this fraud.

1. I PAID FOR THE E PHONE DUAL SIM ON COD BASIS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT ON 25 SEPT O9. MY ORDER NO WAS 47524.

2. ON 30 SEPT I LODGED A COMPLAINT OF DEFECT IN PRODUCT ON HELPLINE AND WAS GIVEN COMPLAINT NO 1803 ON 30 SEPT WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT WITHIN 10 DAYS THE PRODUCT WOULD BE REPLACED. SINCE THEN I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE HELPLINE WITH NO AVAIL. IN FACT AT TIMES I HAVE BEEN KEPT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. ON ONE OCCASION WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO MS SHRUTI LAD MANAGER OPERATIONS , I WAS TOLD BY ONE MR SACHIN THAT ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN IMDTLY BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE. MS SHRUTI DOES NOT RESPOND TO CALLS ON MOB NO 9867790200. MY MOB NO IS 9781878603.

3. I SEE FAR TO MANY COMPLAINTS ON EPHONE ON THE NET WHY IS NAAPTOL SLEEPING OVER IT. CAN ANY ONE ADVISE ME ON ACTION TO BE TAKEN. MY EMAIL ID IS asad6573@yahoo.co.in
