The matter is still going on since 7th of June, 2010 when i registaer my request for supply of a stand for a 32″ LCD purchased about 2 to 3 years back(today is 17th July, 2010).
During this period I talked to them (including their senior Mr. Arun Roy) frequently with out solution / call back from them.
Today after one & half months when I could talk to Mr. Vinay Sinthre, the Brach Head sitiing in Ahmedabad, he still needs some days (i.e. indefinite) to get the stand from some where !!!
It is very much surprised that in this fast world, how a company like Philips works ???????????
If company is not able to provide fast service / spares, should not run business / should not launch new products if they can not provide service / parts for old models !!!
