I paid through my international credit card a total amount of Rs.114257 because this is what showed up on the booking reference.

But the truth was that the unpaid amount was only Rs.87216 but I was mislead both by their customer care and by their booking engine.

What is worse is even after waiting more than 2 months I still havent recieved even one penny back to my credit card. The total outstanding amount to be refunded is Rs.27041 and so far I have paid more than Rs.3000 in interest since I was unable to make the credit card payment on time.

This is the most disgusting customer service I have come across in life and I will make sure I warn all my friends, family and everyone else I have ever met in my life NOT to use makemytrip EVER
