i travelled with this airline with my NRI friend mr. gursharan singh gurm from chandigarh to bangalore on 23 feb.2011.the airline drop his luggage at mumbai airport.when we approach to the ground staff on bangalore airport,we found very rude their staff, one of them was bhupendra the manager.we waitedoutside the airport many hrs.without provide a glass of water by airline staff.because of this delay we lose thousands of money because we couldnt reach on our preplanned schedule.its a bad experience of goair.i wanna strict action against them.

I have reserved ticket fron 18th Nov.2010…but the goair flight got cancelled for that very days and i got a call from the costumer care center to conform whether i want to travel after some days later or to cancel the ticket and take the money back.
But i havenot got my money back till date.

I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Indore to travel on 10th January 2011. I heard around first week of December that all GoAir flights in and out of Indore have been cancelled. I called up customer care on 13th December and they cancelled my ticket and assured me that the full amount of Rs. 2181 will be refunded to my credit card account within 7 business days. It's been more than that now – and countless irritating phone calls later I am told to send an email to feedback@goair.in !!! And worse they are not even connecting me to talk to their supervisor… Is a consumer court complaint the next step ?

I had booked ticket tickets through your Call centre (9223222111) few days back with PNR/CN ( SG38QH) for Amount(12309 Rs) .Thereby I got the confirmation receipt for the same .Today my family was supposed to fly from Mumbai to Srinagar It is when they were taking there boarding pass surprisingly they didn't get boarding pass as when confirmed Goair Authorities told that there is no payment against this PNR ,Now please let me know below issues which I had suffered and loss of additional payment which we borne.
1.Embarrassment for my family.
2. Inconvenience caused due to aforesaid
3 My initial booking amount for 2 individuals included infant was (12309 rs) ,After this disparity and inadequacy from your end which led me to book on spot tickets which charge me more so by additional amount loss of (7650 Rs)
I want to know why I was not intimated for the same when my contact number was there .This is flaw from your system and by your call centre staff.In addition to this I'm frequently choosing Goair services and the kind of trouble /Insult/Loss you 've provided me is Non -negotiable .I had already raised request many times and call centre people are giving me false promises .Now I would like to request to credit back the additional expense which happened System/people .I then booked another fresh tickets on airport with high price under PNR/CN 9L6TKP of Amount 19959 /Rs on the same day 13 April 2010 which exceeded by 7650 Rs than initial booking Amount
Immediate resolution is appreciated .

I would like to bring to your kind notice, that i had booked from delhi to bangalore for 16th of april from goairlines,and given the pnr no.6q84uw i have booked 2 tickets and one for infant, but due some reason i had cancelled the ticketson the same day , and as per the cancellation policy of go airs they will deduct 750 per head and balance they will refund in way on voucher which can be redeedmed within one year time while travelling in goair, now since I had cancelled my all the tickets goair has only paid me the voucher for one passenger and infant, almost 4 days are over they havent yet refunded the voucher for one passenger, which comes around 2850 approx, it not the matter of money it is matter of faith, I feeling that I have been cheated, can some guide me what should I do now, to teach them the lesson.

My parents always visit to me once in a year with my little baby of 7 years. I am using
diffirent airlines as per Train schedules.
This time we booked by Go-Air, my parents who are senior citizens were going to Srinagar
By Flight G8-372 on 05 March Dep. 13:20 hrs. They were not treated well while issuing
boarding passes, “on my fathers comment that baby is waiting in qeue for long, pls do it fast”
The argument by your staff was so bitter like a typical countrymen, the & the worst thing is that
my parents were so frusatrated they were about to leave all ticket amount, and use other flight.
Now is this your customer care service you all say about, Please comment and take action
immediately before I use media for your misbehaviour with senior citizens, and babies, We
in our organisation and all those associated with us will BLACKLIST Your Airlines officially.
Your response with actions are awaited.

I had Booking NoVWVDJ8 for mum-del-mum sector for 21.02.10. I cancelled the ticket. The airline charged rs 750 as cancellation charges per sector but do not refund the amount.They honour us with a voucher valid for one year and force you to travel. This is best way to make easy money. Is Govt aware of such cheating Airlines???
