			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The matter is still going on since 7th of June, 2010 when i registaer my request for supply of a stand for a 32&#8243; LCD purchased about 2 to 3 years back(today is 17th July, 2010).</p>
<p>During this period I talked to them (including their senior Mr. Arun Roy) frequently with out solution / call back from them.</p>
<p>Today after one &amp; half months when I could talk to Mr. Vinay Sinthre, the Brach Head sitiing in Ahmedabad, he still needs some days (i.e. indefinite) to get the stand from some where !!!</p>
<p>It is very much surprised that in this fast world, how a company like Philips works ???????????</p>
<p>If company is not able to provide fast service / spares, should not run business / should not launch new products if they can not provide service / parts for old models !!!</p>

<p>This is a complaint regarding dirty strings found in your Wheat brown<br />
bread from BRITANNIA that I bought in the morning on Tuesday, July 06,<br />

I sat down to have my breakfast &amp; had 2 slices of bread &amp; suddenly<br />
found that there were strings in the bread that I swallowing, It had<br />
chocked my throat for a few minutes. Then I vomited for quite some<br />
time after which I came in normal condition.</p>
<p>I tried calling your customer care no. 18004254449 (printed on the<br />
back side of the bread packet) in the morning itself again &amp; again but<br />
no one responded to the phone call.</p>
<p>I took rest whole afternoon &amp; missed all my urgent tender meetings &amp;<br />
other routine work. At last, in the evening I went to the retailer<br />
from whom I had bought the bread. He then directed me to the<br />
distributer of that area. I then went to the distributer then he asked<br />
me to submit the damaged packet &amp; have a fresh one. But he was in no<br />
position to register the complaint.</p>
<p>Finally I tried calling the customer care again &amp; fortunately my call<br />
was received by Ms. Priya to whom I recalled whole incident then she<br />
gave me the complaint registration no. which is 8788. She had asked me<br />
to keep the sample &amp; show to the executive who will visit my place<br />
tomorrow.</p>
<p>I have suffered whole day just because of some carelessness from your<br />
quality department. I could have gone into some major illness but I<br />
took preventive measure for food poisoning after have a talk with my<br />
family doctor. I had suffered losses as I was unable to attend my<br />
important tender meeting (a new business oppourtunity I had missed) &amp;<br />
other routine work.</p>
<p>I had talks with Mr. RAKESH KAPOOR @ 01130788082 &amp; Mr. KALOL SENGUPTA,<br />
who told me that their executive will visit my place for quality<br />
check. In response to the complaint that we have registered, a panel<br />
of quality experts headed by Mr. ROHIT KUMAR SHUKLA (Quality Assurance<br />
Manager), Britannia Rudrapur, visited my place to see the defected<br />
breads. I showed them the sample, &amp; they agreed to the fact that bread<br />
were defective. They tried to destroy but I stopped them from doing<br />
do. Then they offered me a basket full of biscuits &amp; told to close<br />
this matter here only.</p>
<p>I was very dissatisfied with the kind of response I have received.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>  i would like to inform you the i had to go to Chennai from Delhi through flight SPICEJET no SG309 PNR Z2WTCB at 7.10pm, but to some lesion i was reach on airport at 6.45pm. and when i went to the spicejet counter . they people told me that i am  late now for that flight so i would not be able to catch this flight.and then they told me that they will accommodate me in next flight.and she brought me on the counter mean time for the next flight details. but after passing half an hour. they people treat as like the uneducated people and said to me will not able to help you now flight has been gone and you have to pay extra rs.6700 for the next flight. behavior and response was one of the worst experience of my life.. because of these people i missed my important meeting in chennai and as well financial loss for my organization. and when i asked to the present manager of the spicejet counter, he replied me, that will not accommodate you in next flight because i  was late.and they people was not ready to accept that they waste my half an hour.and because of that faced lot of problem now.even when my company people call to the spicejet customer care people, they were not able to provide us any suitable response. it was such a unethical way to treat the customer in that way. </p>

The Mumbai staff (Staff Name: Pradeep Shetty)is not ready to accept his mistake as they had planned to cheat me well in advance.He was moreover acting that he is annoyed with me. The worst customer care is an added pain. THE WORST FLIGHT THAT I HAD EVER TRAVELLED . PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK UR TICKET IN THIS FLIGHT.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> Please refer Naaptol.com order no 360102. I order one tri sim mobile from Naaptol.com, model number Boss Touch Screen CDMA + GSM Mobile &#8211; 633. It was delivered to me on 10th of May 2010.  My problems with Boss Mobile and Naaptol are as following:<br />
1.	I realised that the product I received is missing accessories. I was also told that I will receive a free wrist watch if I pay using my credit card. I complaint about the same and my complaint number is 116388. I have not received anything till now inspite of repeated follow ups. I was also asked to pay for the accessories.<br />
2.	The battery provided is a single battery along with phone. The battery backup is much low as promised or claimed in the product manual. I companied about the same on customer care number and also by email. No Resolution. They are denying replacing the battery. The product is under six month’s warranty.<br />
3.	The customer care number of Boss Mobile, published on the website of Boss mobile 09223516148 (www.bossmobiles.com) connects me to the customer care of Naaptol.com. This suggests me that both the companies are same.<br />
4.	The accessories claimed on the naaptol.com website as a free gift are standard accessories of the mobile which are also generally provided by other companies. Hence claiming them as a free gift along with mobile is itself a case of fraud and an attempt to misguide the customers.</p>

<p>&#8220;I have purchased one SOny Ericsson P1i on 5th May 2009 from Cariano Telecom for a huge 19500/-(rs nineteen thousand five hundred only).</p>
<p>all my friends were insisting that I should go for a NOKIA if I am spending that much but still I trusted Sony and invested in that. But after the painful experience, I think they were right. Even they have the right to tease me and they do.</p>
<p>My handset started giving few pronlems like loosing network very often and display also used to go blank.</p>
<p>I deposited the handset in your service center RT Outsourcing Ltd. situated at District Center, Janak Puri, New delhi on 13/March/2010 vide workorder no SE310RJK11547 and after 20 days I recieved it back on 03/April/2010</p>
<p>It was still with same problems with an added problem that mt memory card was also not working now.</p>
<p>I deposited the handset back again on 24/April/2010 vide workorder no SE310RJK12423</p>
<p>When on last friday I went to service center, I was shoked by the rudeness of service center in telling me that the handset will not be covered under warranty since LCD was broken.</p>
<p>I was in a fix since after 1 month of depositing the handset your expert engineers came to know that LCD was broken of a WORKING HANDSET which was handed over to your service center in prefectly working condition.</p>
<p>I am left with no option and choice except to speak to higher authorities like you and update you regarding the FRADULENT PRACTICES being followed by your service centers.</p>
<p>I will request you to immediately look into the matter and I will like you to help me on 2 things</p>
<p>1. I want an apology fron Service Center for the fraud and harrasment done to me<br />
2. I will now not take this handset model (P1i) since your service center has told me that the model is OBSELETE and that no parts are available for repairing.</p>

I am Mitesh Patel and a active trader in stock market. I come to know about tradebhavishya through internet and impressed with his past performance of his intraday sure shot package. I had subscribed to  this package for April &#8211; 10 month.  He is telling that we are giving confirmed operator based tips but all the he had given hitted stop loss and I made a loss of 38000 thousand in just 3 days of his call. After three days I did not do any trdae from his call but watch his call and the given call hitted sop loss. Even he was not given any exit sms. He was giving call after 10 mins of market opening and then i think he was sleeping.  In his april month past performance he has displayed all the wrong calls. Even i had not got any call from his list.so he is totally fraud. So my friend who want to make money by short cut do not subscribe to any service provider and trade through your own idea. Just buy on dips and sell on rise good fundamental scripts.<br />

Few months back when I saw huge profit shown in their past performance So I decided to start subcription for Nifty Sure Shot Option Treasure Package. I paid Rs. 20,000 for option treasure package.<br />
Their are few calls which gives profit but many calls gives losses only. Slowly slowly I made a huge loss. And when I saw their March Series, 2010 Past Performance, I was shocked! Their past performance was totally fake. They are showing some other calls which they had never given.<br />
Then I subscribe to Trade4target option bumper package. I paid Rs. 15,000 for their subscription.<br />
Their also few calls which gives profit but many calls gives losses only. I tried their service for 8 days. I got sms to buy Cairn PE at Rs. 3.50 &amp; stop loss was Rs. 283 spot. So I buyied 6 lots. Next day Cairn was quoting at 283 and PE come to 0.50. I have lost everything. They dont even send me the sms to quit. I hold it for few days, hope that the price would come up. But few days later the price becomes 0.05. But in their past performance they didnt show Cairn PE. As the call gets 100% Loss.<br />
So I requested them to change my plan to TFT Intraday Premium Package. They told me that I have to pay Rs. 5000 as plan transfer fee. And I paid them Rs. 5000. In Future package they give 1 pre-market call at 8.58 am &amp; another call at 9.01 am. Then within 10-15 min they send sms that Scrip X Target achieved Book Profit.<br />
They gave calls for eg. Short Dr. Reddy at 1280 Target 1275/1270/Lower SL 1290. That means they give only Rs. 5 as profit and Rs. 10 for loss. I didnt trade for that Future Package at all.<br />
Then I decied to subscribe for Sure Shot Tips for Rs. 25,000 for Trade4target.<br />
I recieved call to Short PNB upto 995-1005. I short it at 995. For 2 days it was not showing much movement. I reveive a sms to Book Profits when it was at Rs. 1003. So I excited from that call and made a huge loss. After few miniutes they send me sms to Book Profits when it was at 993.<br />
Then after few minutes they again send me sms to Book Prfoit when it was at 985.<br />
And In their past performance they shows PNB short at 1005 &amp; exit at 985.<br />
How they can send 3 different sms to Book Profit at different prices. That means they do not have any technical knowledge at all.<br />
Like this within 2 months I lost Rs. 1.5 Lakhs in trading and Rs. 20,000 + Rs. 15,000 + Rs. 5000 + Rs. 25,000 = Rs. 65,000 as just for subscription.<br />
I think no one can be so Fool like me who had Paid Rs. 65,000 as subscription fee for these No.1 fraud websites.<br />
I Requested my friends not to subscribe these websites. Please dont go for their past performance, they are all fake. If some one feel that I am telling lie then please mail me, I will show u my contract notes.</p>
