I have booked for a Diwali gift on line with www.indiaplaza.in to deliver it to my son P Hemant Rao in US on 09 Oct 09. Till date delivery did not take place and all my efforts to redress my grievance with Indiaplaza failed. Not only that, apparently I am being fooled by false pretenses. The details are given below.
