    Both the bookings were cancelled on 9.6.2011 and as per the reply received the credit would be made on 14.6.2011. Despite several mails no reply/refund of amount is insight. It is unfortunate that Makemytrip with so much popularity is playing such unresponsive harasment of the customer. Even the customercare is not responding to the mails.
    Pl look into it and advise me early of the action taken in the matter.
