I am surprised that only one luggage was offloaded at Mumbai and no records are being maintained by the officials. the staff is washing its hands off by saying they cant trace the luggage either at Goa or Mumbai. Somebody has to shoulder the responsibility.The passener is not responsible for the inefficiency and inabiity of the Airlines to ensure luggage safety. Travelling by Jet has been a nightmare for me however I am still hopeful of a turn of events.In the event of a no the matter will be taken up at the right forum for redressal.
