I had travelled with my 4 year old daughter from goa to Kolkata on 5th July 2011 .I had only one check-in luggage and my luggage was untraceable on arrival.On reassurance from Jet executives that the luggage was indeed offloaded at Mumbai airport I left the airport.There has been no development with the officials saying they are not able to track it.
I am surprised that only one luggage was offloaded at Mumbai and no records are being maintained by the officials. the staff is washing its hands off by saying they cant trace the luggage either at Goa or Mumbai.
Somebody has to shoulder the responsibility.The passener is not responsible for the inefficiency and inabiity of the Airlines to ensure luggage safety.
Travelling by Jet has been a nightmare for me however I am still hopeful of a turn of events.In the event of a no the matter will be taken up at the right forum for redressal.
