Who So Ever Is Reading This:
please do not board go-air even if it is having low fare,these scum’s have nothing precious than money.they are money eaters.ever since i used airline for going home,I did not face any problem in boarding plane.in every airline time to reach airport is before 40 mins of boarding or what ever but is it right that you according to their rules which is to be their before 40 mins, you reach 1 min late and you wont be allowed to board the plane.this thing happend to us today just becoz of 1 min. I never faced this problem in other airlines .for others customer means a lot and for GO-Air money means everything.even if a min late other airlines adjust you in next going plane without any extra charges but they did not even bother that the customer has paid a huge amount to go home.they should be questioned for this.
second very important thing they do not even care of your precious things.before this my parents boarded this fucking airline and they broke our printer ,even my father told them that it is a fragile item they did not care and broke it.when we loged the complaint at their customer service they said they cant do any thing for it.it was our responisibility to take care of it.how is this possible for a customer to take care of his laugage in plane.Go-Air must be a bus where it is written that”customer is himself responsible for his belongings”.
what i want is to get a full investigation of it,moreover I request people not to board Go-Air at any cost
Dear Concern,
I took flight from delhi on 08/05/2011 in goAir (G8-229)I had one hand luggage & one bag kept in luggage at Check in.
At arrival while i have gone to baggage belt; my luggage i didn’t find.Then i informed go Airline concern(Mr.Manish & Ms.Unnali);they could able to trace my bag.They informed after1/2hr bag stuck at delhi airport at Level 4 due to security reason.
I was going to pune for attain the interview.My all cloth stuff inside the bag. I left from airport and put request for my bag.They said at 11pm in delhi flight i will get my bag.
After 2hrs they informed they could not able to send back my back because they do not have any stake in security level 4. Again i went to airport and request them for getting my luggage back.They gave solution i need to go back to delhi airport and need to claim my bag with boarding pass & identity proof then only i will get my bag.
I have suffered badly and i lost entire day in this with no result.

Hi,
I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi for 5th may 21.50pm departure,I reached on airport at 21:00 pm,I asked for my travel ticket they denied after thousand requests ,as there was so much time to board in flight ,then also the behaved very rude,put me off the airport.
I suffered so much metnal harrasment from ground staff of GoAir ,as no one listend to me.Due to trafiic delay I got late,I informed this to ground staff ,then also they ate my money.
bullshit flight.there was so much time left ,they would have considered me,as 1 hr was left.
Please take struct action against the case,I lost my money time energy.
