I am having a retail outlet of Essar which is out of operation now.At the time of vesting my retail filling station The dividional officer and couple of chief officer group console us that the selling price of H.S.D and M.s would be same as I.O.C! But after the 6 month business from the starting Essar has drastically raised its H.S.D and M.S selling price in its R.O whitout any previous specifications.I have asked several many times to the authority about their word given to us regarding prices but no healthy reason they r showing to me.
More over I am also not getting the money on return on investment and the concession money.I am fumbbled and the crap has broken to me. plz anyone suggest me what to do in this pathetic situation … I ask your help with folded hands.
I am having a retail outlet OF ESSAR OIL LTD which is now out of operation since from 5 years.At the time of inception the divisional officer(Dipankar),Marketing Officer( Ashish Kumar Dev), and D.P Guha and Some more bunch of officers had consoled us that the selling price of H.S.D and M.S will be remain equal to I.O.C Ltd. Even they have told ESSAR selling price could be lower by 10/20 paise then I.O.C . But after 6 month of tremendous performance in selling of my R.O the crap broke in my head when they suddenly announced the price hike of M.S and H.S.D of ESSAR.Despite asking several many times regarding the price hike and about their words given to us no healthy reason they r showing to me.
More over I am not getting the money on RETURN ON INVESTMENT and the concession money, neither the Land rent.I am fumbbled and LIVING in depression.SOme one plz plz plz plz help me with the idea how I could get relief and cancell the agreement and GET N.O.C from ESSAR. I BEG TO YOU.
