Parsvnath Developer limited at sonepatnot giving possession

Complaint regarding not allotment( after 7 yrs) of plot in P & F Projects Sonipat after more than 7 years of payment given to Parsvnath developer.
With regard I would like to bring in your notice that I have invested in prestigious project of Parsvnath Developer limited at sonepat in plot of 300 sq. yard in my Name Shalender Grover H. no.718 sector-15 A Hissar.in slip priority no .819. I have invested my whole life saved money (Appox.17.0 lac) in your project more than 3.5 years back in 2008 and the original allottee have given payment in 2004 with this hope that That this property will rock and my investment will be one of the best one in all my known persons. But I was wrong because This group has not done any kind of development work there. Due to which my all investment is now in trouble.
My all other known friends suggested me not to invest in this project and they invested in HUDA Property, Now their property value is 4-5 times and my value is less than half of invested value.
Now my request is that what is your plan, either I will book a huge loss (appox. 50%) 8.5 las or still I wait and watch as your executive Mr. Asish and Mr. Yogesh has given me assurance that this investmentwill be good one by end of this year as they will give allotment by end of this year . You are not giving possession and it is very bad on your part because your brand name getting bad name in the market.
Property dealers in market are saying that they are not going to give possession due to lot of reasons. According to market developer has issued more slips in the market so he is not able to give possession even after 7 years of given payment.
I request the management to please look into the matter on top priority.

a special request to mr.Maran & the management of spice jet
don’t travel by spice jet because they are asking for only money
my wife & my daughter (infant) was travelling to srinagar on 11-06-2011 against
pnr.No: r7mnel. My wife was holding confirm seat & for daughter infant ticket.
At the airport the staff was very un helpful, at the airport port my wife went to counter to get boarding pass, the counter staff ask for dob of infant & my wife show them MCD laminated dob certificate, the staff ask for proof of dob the staff says what is this.. because she don’t know what is MCD ( the municipal corporation of delhi) they insist us to cancel the ticket, my wife says that we have appointment with doctor please help & they refused, I know that they are selling tickets to others in black marketing because the person was waiting there, the staff insist us to cancel the tickets because of dob is not right after that some educated people interfere in this matter & they say that dob certificate is ok, after that the staff says that you have excess baggage & we put off one suite case keep only small 2 bags there still staff was asking money & charge rs 1300/- We say that we have not any excess bags how you people are charge, thay say if you want to fly you have to pay rs 1300/- Other wise cancel your ticket..my wife & daughter was crying for this dramatic seen
at last the 2 hours drama was end to pay rs1300/-
I request to spice jet management & specially mr. Maran to take action on this matter other wise I will contact my advocate on this matter & also I am requesting you to kindly put qualified staff who know government officials or departments…
I hope you will take action on the above matter

When talked with customer care first they confirmed that they have received the defective product and now they are refusing as i am having all the recordings and POD of courier co with stamp of J S Associates Mumbai that they have received the product back and after 13 days till no response..Now I am going to lodge a legal case against naaptol & leading newspapers authorities of The times of india & Rajasthan Patrika

8 month ago I regestered myself with timesjobs.com with paying Rs. 1800.My orderId no is MZ224607 Services committed to me: They will forward my CV to 1250 organisations registered with them to help me for a better job and It will be for whole lifetime. but still now I don't get any interview call.
After paying I not receive a single responce from them.

Now what should I do, I am totally frustrated……I think timesjobs.com is no.1 fraud company in India……………

No Refund from Travel Guru

I planned a holiday with my family at Goa between 7th aug.11 to 10th aug. and booked Hotel thru Travel Guru, ref no- TGUA0000509380 at Madrem, where they have confirmed about the facility Ideal for family stay, 24 hrs H/C water, complimentary breakfast at Hotel restaurant, how ever on reaching the spot reality was completely different there was no water for 3 hrs, after that there was only hot water and Hotel owner was justifying the supply of hot water instaed of normal water, there was no care taker forget about the room service and denied complimentary break fast, no drinking water, and the market was 3 km away from the hotel and there was no means of communication, we called up travel guru and check out the hotel next day early morning.Ther was no arrangement from TG, I have aske for the refund as the Hotel authority reluctant to pay heed to our need.
How ever Till date I have not received any communication from TG on my refund.

Dear Sir, Myindiatodayjobs.com I had ordered a jobkit on august 2011 and due to some some uncertain situation I had been out of station. Because I was out of station I had called myindiatodayjobs.com that I will collect my jobkit inthe month of september and that executive said okay.. But now they have sent me the legal notice with mentioning that I had ordered a jobkit in february 2009 this is very unacceptable from my side.
